Everything on the table, in three groups: what we do, what we eat, and where we sleep. The counters follow every pick — days against what each leg can hold, and the running trip total against the ceiling.
Leaving a leg two or three days short is the point, not a failure to plan. The open days were the original brief and they're the first thing that gets squeezed out if we over-pick. Aim for three or four guided days across the whole trip and no more than two nights away from base.
Anything the tick boxes can't capture — must-haves, hard nos, questions, a night to keep free. This gets read alongside the picks.
Updates as you tick.
